Kenya safari package questions

How much do Kenya safari packages cost?
Our packages run from about $1,450 per person sharing for a short Maasai Mara or Amboseli safari to $4,150 for an eight-day safari-and-beach combination. Mid-range lodge safaris average $450 to $650 per person per day, and luxury tented camps $700 to $1,200 per person per day, including park fees, private 4x4 guiding, accommodation and meals.
What is included in a Kenya safari package?
Every Premylance package includes airport meet-and-greet, private 4x4 game drives with a professional Kenyan guide, park and conservancy fees, accommodation, listed meals, drinking water in the vehicle and 24/7 support. International flights, visas, tips and premium drinks are excluded and always listed on the itinerary page.
Which Kenya safari package is best for first-time visitors?
A Maasai Mara safari of three to four nights, ideally combined with Amboseli for Kilimanjaro views or Lake Nakuru for rhino and flamingos. First-time visitors usually prefer lodge or tented camp accommodation with shorter driving days and one internal flight.
When is the best time for a Kenya safari?
July to October is the Great Migration in the Maasai Mara and the busiest season. January to March offers excellent dry-season game viewing with fewer vehicles and lower rates. April, May and November are green season, when prices drop most and birdlife peaks.
Can Kenya safari packages be customised?
Yes. Every package is a starting point: we adjust nights, camps, budget level, flights and add-ons such as hot air ballooning, Diani or Zanzibar beach stays and Maasai cultural visits. You can also build a first draft yourself with our AI itinerary designer.
Is it cheaper to book a safari direct with a Kenyan operator?
Usually yes. Booking direct with a Kenyan Destination Management Company removes the overseas agent mark-up, and because we operate our own guides and vehicles the saving goes into camps and guiding rather than intermediaries.
