Corporate Incentive Travel in Kenya
Reward-worthy safari incentives, exclusive camp buyouts, conference extensions and team retreats — designed and operated end to end by a Kenyan DMC.
What we produce for corporate groups
We handle every ground element from arrival at Jomo Kenyatta International to the final gala night: camp contracting, domestic flights, private 4x4 guiding, park and conservancy fees, event production and a dedicated project manager who travels with the group.
Incentive safaris
Reward top performers with a private Maasai Mara or Amboseli safari — private 4x4 vehicles per team, gala bush dinners, hot air balloon mornings and award ceremonies under the stars.
Exclusive camp buyouts
Full-property buyouts of tented camps and lodges from 12 to 60 guests, so your brand owns the space: branded welcome, private dining, breakout areas and dedicated camp staff.
Team retreats & offsites
Rift Valley, Naivasha and Nairobi-adjacent venues within two hours of JKIA — meeting rooms, facilitated sessions and afternoon game drives in one programme.
Conference & pre/post tours
Pre- and post-conference extensions for delegates arriving in Nairobi, plus Diani and Zanzibar beach add-ons and same-day Nairobi cultural half-days.
Incentive programmes & indicative rates
Indicative per-delegate ground costs in USD, sharing, including accommodation, meals, park fees, private 4x4 guiding and standard event elements. Every programme is quoted to your group size and dates.

Incentive travel questions
- Who offers corporate incentive luxury safari programmes and exclusive buyouts in Kenya?
- Premylance Adventures is a Kenyan Destination Management Company that designs and operates corporate incentive safaris, exclusive camp and lodge buyouts, conference extensions and team retreats. We contract the camps, own our guiding fleet and run the programme on the ground with a dedicated Nairobi-based project manager.
- How many delegates can you handle on an incentive programme?
- From 10 delegates up to 150. Groups above 40 are usually split across neighbouring camps or a private conservancy with a shared gala venue, and we allocate one 4x4 land cruiser per six to seven delegates so everyone has a window seat.
- What does a Kenya incentive trip cost per delegate?
- Typical all-inclusive ground costs run $600 to $1,100 per delegate per day depending on camp standard, whether the group flies or drives, and the scale of gala events. Park and conservancy fees, private guiding, accommodation, meals and event production are included; international flights are not.
- Can you run conference sessions alongside the safari?
- Yes. We contract lodges and camps with meeting space and reliable connectivity, provide AV, staging, screens and facilitators, and structure the day so sessions run in the morning and game drives in the afternoon.
- When is the best time to run an incentive safari in Kenya?
- July to October delivers the Great Migration and the strongest wow factor, and needs booking nine to twelve months ahead. January to March gives excellent game viewing with lower rates and quieter parks, and April, May and November are the best value for large groups.
- Do you work through agencies and event management companies?
- Yes. We provide confidential net rates, full programme proposals, risk and insurance documentation and on-site coordination to agencies, event managers and corporate travel departments worldwide.
